First of all, we hope you and your loved ones are staying healthy and safe amidst these chaotic times. HIDevolution remains open for business, taking and processing new orders, and providing tech support and warranty service. Sales and support staff are standing by to help you with your computer needs.
We have taken steps recommended by the CDC and WHO to protect our staff and customers in minimizing the spread of COVID-19. For staff who can, we have implemented a work from home policy. For others, we are reminding staff to frequently wash their hands and stay at least 6 feet away from each other. Production and repair technicians wear gloves and medical masks whenever possible when handling product. We have spoken to our vendors and partners who are involved with the supply, repair, and delivery of your computer, and they too are following similar guidelines. Our shipping partners (UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS) remain fully operational and are also taking steps to ensure the health of their employees and safe parcel delivery are prioritized.
We will do our best to prevent a disruption or change to our services. If the situation does change, we will make it a priority to contact you and inform you of possible delays and your available options. We will also update this FAQ article with new developing information. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us should you have any questions.
