It depends, but most of the computers we sell are supported by their respective manufacturers worldwide. Please see the warranty details for each product for specifics. Then contact the manufacturer in your region to determine if the product warranty is valid locally.
Note only the base product can be covered by the manufacturer. Any issues with parts and services installed by HIDevolution can only be covered by HIDevolution.
For customers outside the Continental US where the manufacturer does not cover your system, or if you have selected upgrades and services from HIDevolution that are not covered under the manufacturer's International Warranty in your local region, an HIDevolution International Prepaid Shipping (HIPS) Service plan is recommended. HIPS service cover 2 instances per year of 2 way international shipping (by FedEx, DHL, or USPS/EMS - at HIDevolution's discretion) should the system and/or parts need to be sent back to the US for warranty related repair or replacement. A HIPS plan can be selected in the product configurator.
