Yes, as long as your order has not gone into "in production" status you can make a change to your order. Contact us to inform us the changes you would like to make and to confirm the total difference due.
If the new total cost is less than the current total after the change(s), we will only charge you for the new total at time of shipping (if order was placed through credit card or PayPal), or we will refund any difference due back to your original payment method.
If the new total cost is more than the current total after the change(s), please pay for the difference by following the steps below:
1) Purchase the number of credits equal to the US Dollar amount you wish to pay with your first payment method from the page below (1 credit = $1 credit towards the purchase of an upgrade or future order).*
2) Repeat process above for subsequent payments.
3) Once you have purchased enough internal credits to cover the difference, let us know and we will amend your order accordingly and apply the internal credits to the changes.
*Note there may be a delay in the processing of your internal credits if your order is placed outside of business hours (Mon-Fri 9 AM - 6 PM Pacific). You will know your internal credits have posted once you receive an invoice by email and your order status is marked "Complete".
