If you are dissatisfied with your product in any way, we accept returns within 30 days of the ship date. Please contact us with the reason for the return and we will respond to your request as quickly as possible.
If you have decided that the product is not right for you and you are needing something different, please contact us so that one of our sales advisers can help you select the right computer for your needs.
If you are experiencing a technical issue with your computer, please give our technical support staff a chance to troubleshoot and solve your issue remotely.
