You need a soft microfiber cloth that doesn't have any grooves, which may scratch the screen. such as this one: Koala Lens Cleaning Cloth or The Rag Company - Eagle Edgeless 500 Microfiber Detailing Towels
Step 1: Use an air blower to get rid of excess dust/particles to avoid them scratching the screen when rubbing it, such as this one: K&F Concept Soft Tip Air Blower
Step 2: Dampen one cloth with a little bit of distilled water (never sprinkle on the screen directly)
Step 3: Use one cloth to swipe away any obvious smudges or dust gently.
Step 4: Use another new cloth to do the final touch-up.
After a few uses, wash them and use a different set while the first ones dry.
