I never bought anything here. Why do I see an attempted / unauthorized charge on my credit card from HIDevolution?

If your credit card issuer informed you of an attempt to charge your card, a less than $1 authorization to your card, or an unrecognized/unauthorized charge; then your credit card information has unfortunately been compromised and someone tried to use your credit card on our website (HIDevolution.com).

If it was only an attempt to charge the card (and nothing was actually charged), then your credit card issuer and our processor did their job and blocked the transaction from going through. You should contact your credit card issuer, and ask them to provide you with a new card.

If you see a large charge on your credit card statement please contact us, and we will do our best to assist.
