What is TOP (Tuning and Optimization Package) Service for Windows and how will it help?

The TOP (Tuning and Optimization Package) service is a tweaking service for Windows 10 and Windows 11 computers to achieve optimal performance, privacy, UI improvements, and security. It costs $299 and can be selected on the computer configuration page when placing an order.

Here is a list of some of the tweaks this service entails:
 

1- Boost performance by up to 45% by disabling automatic disk encryption. (See: BitLocker causing 45% reduction in SSD performance!)

This also prevents data loss due to unexpected BitLocker prompts. (See: BitLocker enabled automatically on my laptops, lost all my data!)

 
2- Remove all unnecessary Windows Store apps, including those without an uninstall option. Say goodbye to Dev Home, Feedback Hub, Cortana, Windows Copilot, Clipchamp, Power Automate and many more.
 
3- Protect your privacy by disabling telemetry, feedback popups, and unwanted automatic app installs. We'll also stop Microsoft from using your computer's bandwidth to upload Windows updates to other users and disable ads and certain features
 
4- If your laptop has KILLER NETWORKING, we'll disable related services to prevent up to 50% slowdown in internet speed..
 
5- Install your favorite web browser with an ad blocker and disable tracking.
 
6- Stop Microsoft Edge from starting automatically.
 
7- Get the classic right-click menu back in Windows 11.
 

 

 

 

8- Supercharge your PC's performance by disabling suggestions and the BING icon, and turning off Game DVR which eats up system resources.
 
9- Remove all factory-installed bloatware.

1) What would you like your computer username to be so we can set up the user account? (i.e., Your first name or a nickname?). NOTE: The "Username" should not be the same as the "Computer Name".
 
2) Microsoft assigns a random Computer Name (which is also what your computer name would appear on a network), such as DESKTOP-XX4343531. What would you like to name your computer (i.e. RAIDER, ZEPHYRUS, MATT-LAPTOP) [SPACES, COMMAS, OR QUOTATION MARKS ARE NOT ACCEPTED, you can only use a hyphen if needed]
 
3) We usually remove all the built-in Windows Store Apps such as Dev Home, Paint, Feedback Hub, Outlook, Clipchamp, Microsoft Family, Microsoft Journal, Solitaire, Teams, Microsoft To-Do Things, Microsoft Whiteboard, Weather, News, Quick Assist, Spotify, Camera, Maps, Sound Recorder, Your Phone, LinkedIn, WhatsApp. Are there any of them that you may want to keep, or do we have your permission to remove them all and only keep the ones necessary for the laptop to function (i.e., nVIDIA Control Panel or any other utilities related to the computer)? They can be reinstalled using the Microsoft Store if you need any of them.
 
4) Are you planning to play games on this computer? If you do, we will leave the XBOX Windows Store apps as some games need them (such as Age of Empires, Microsoft Flight Simulator, Forza Horizon, etc.) to work properly. However, if you do not plan to play games, we can remove all the Windows Store XBOX apps as well.
 
5) What internet browser do you use so we can install it, tweak it, and install an adblocker?
 
6) Windows 10/11 comes with Microsoft’s OneDrive storage. While we don’t recommend it, as Microsoft can access all your data, some users still need to use it. Would you like us to keep it or uninstall and disable it? Note that if you install Microsoft Office on your own later, it will reinstall OneDrive, so all you need to do is uninstall it again from the Control Panel > Programs & Features. The rules we set in the Group Policy Editor will remain intact (Do not save files to OneDrive by default/Prevent the Usage of OneDrive), but it's still better to uninstall it.
      
7) Do you use Microsoft Office? We can preinstall Office for you if you let us know which license you have (ie. Office 365 Home, Office Home and Student, Office Home and Business, Office Professional Plus, etc.)
