How does HIDevolution prevent defects on arrival? What steps go into the QC check?

Manufacturers can make mistakes and quality issues can occur even for brand new computers.

We pride ourselves on our quality builds with careful QC. Our goal is your goal – for the laptop to be working the way it should out of the box. If the product passes through our hands (when you order with any changes to the original manufacturer’s stock configuration or choose any service options from us, or request a QC check), we will perform a full quality check - ensure latest stable BIOS firmware and drivers are installed, burn in stress testing for temperature, benchmark testing to ensure it is performing to standard, keyboard and touchpad test, speakers test, battery test, check of ports for functionality, display check for abnormalities (except for backlight bleed which is included as a separate service), and a physical check of the chassis for blemishes. You can also let us know if you would like us to look out for anything specific. A product that passes through our hands will have a much lower chance of DOA (defective on arrival).
