A preorder is an order placed for an item that has not yet been released or is on backorder. We offer highly anticipated and constrained products for preorder to better gauge demand, bring in more inventory, and in turn fulfill your order faster. We prioritize fulfilling preorders over "regular" orders that have been placed after the official release date. In addition, for computer orders that need customization we prepare and allocate parts ahead of time to minimize the chance of production delays when the preordered computer arrives.
We advise selecting rush processing in the shopping cart in conjunction with preordering to give you the best chance to secure allocation for highly anticipated and constrained products.
We work closely with our vendors and manufacturing partners to obtain the latest, most accurate ETAs (estimated time arrival to our facility) available. Please check our website for the latest ETAs. If you have specific questions, contact us.
If you place a preorder, we only authorize credit/debit cards, PayPal payments, and financing. We do not charge/capture the payment until we have allocated a product to your order. In other words, you will not have to pay or make payments for a product you will not receive for several days or weeks. If you place your order through bank transfer, you may pay in full if you would like. We request at least 5% of the total due amount to be paid in advance in order to give you the best chance to secure product allocation. The remaining balance will be due at time of shipping.
We understand some customers prefer their credit cards to be charged immediately to avoid issues with expired authorizations, re-authorizations/captures, and fluctuations in foreign exchange rates. If you prefer your credit card to be charged immediately, please contact us.
Preorders can be canceled at anytime without penalty. Simply contact us to request a cancellation of your preorder.
